REFUNDS/RETURNS OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days on merchandise. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. There is no refund on tickets unless the event is canceled due to the following: 

 

Unless otherwise noted during purchase, tickets for any event is subject to cancellation without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party-such as acts of God, war and/or attack, terrorist activity, government regulations, epidemics, pandemics (as defined by the World Health Organization or the Center for Disease Control), disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities-to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to travel to the designated location, provide or use the facilities making it commercially impracticable (provided that financial hardship to either party shall not be considered commercial impracticability).

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Banquet tickets
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rfamilylucas@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:  rfamilylucas@gmail.com.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should write to us at: rfamilylucas@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Privacy Policy

All of the client information provided to P & S Consulting LLC (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM) will be treated with full privacy and confidentiality. All stored information will only be disclosed according to the signed agreement between the company and the client and in compliance with government-set privacy regulations. With the client’s consent, the entities which we can share our stored information with include business partners, third-party business lines, and applicable bodies to the court, central government units, and other bodies allowed by law. We do not sell or trade our client’s personal data to any third party.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms of service agreement carefully. By accessing or using our services, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. It is the responsibility of you, the customer or prospective customer, to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to use this site. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, then please do not access or use our sites or our services.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with our and others which may interact or interface with P & S Consulting LLC, 4101 Nyman, Wayne, MI 48141, which shall be defined below.

 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES OFFERED

The Services offered consist of arranging for in-person or mobile notary services wherein a notary will be provided to the customer’s location through online booking or by phone and retail sales of items provided or produced for purchase. 

Any and all visitors to www.p8sconsulting.com  or www.rfamilylucas.com shall be deemed as “users” of the herein-contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our websites and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of P & S Consulting LLC (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM)    At its discretion, P & S Consulting LLC (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM) may offer additional Services and/or products, or update, modify, or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified, or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. P & S Consulting LLC (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM) does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user, acknowledge, accept, and agree that P & S Consulting LLC (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM)  shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised, or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith. The services offered consist of arranging for in person and mobile notary and/or various ancillary services at a fee which you, the purchaser(s), cardholder and/or agents select as an initial quote and if you select to proceed to process payment as your final invoice online or by phone, you agree to contract and authorize the services of P & S Consulting LLC (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM) to immediately acquire and contract the services of an independent notary contractor to deliver services as agreed. Services are deemed rendered before and without the participation or completion of the services of the independent notary public contractor.

This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and P & S Consulting LLC   (dba P & S Mobile Notary/RFAMILYLUCAS.COM) and shall govern the use of our Services.
